He Is Risen
Easter is more than a holiday. It is the moment heaven broke into our world and declared that everything can be new again.
The stone was rolled away. The grave was empty. Death itself was defeated. In that glorious sunrise moment, Jesus stepped out of the tomb with the words that still echo through every generation: "He is risen!"
To us, Easter means freshness in the deepest places of the heart. No matter how heavy the burdens we carry, Jesus has already carried them to the cross. Because He rose, guilt, grief, worry, weariness, and regret no longer have the final word.
The resurrection is not just history. It is our everyday reality. Families in Eastern Kentucky who once wondered if help would ever come can now taste hope in a grocery bag, a warm meal, and a reminder that God sees them and provides.

Partner Spotlight: Tree of Life Ministries
In the hills of Eastern Kentucky, Tree of Life Ministries has been a steady source of hope for families facing food insecurity. For more than ten years, our ministry has partnered with them, faithfully providing 150-200 cases of food each month.
That adds up to more than 18,000 cases since 2014, nourishing thousands of neighbors in Jesus' name.
The food pantry began in 2014 as a simple outreach of Jason's father's church. It has since grown into Tree of Life Ministries, led by Jason and Angela. Now in their fourth warehouse location after twelve years of service, they distribute groceries to as many as 600 individuals each month.
Every box of food is either a donation from our organization or paid for through community fundraising and matching grants, with no government funding. Jason and Angela rely on prayer, generous donors, and dedicated volunteers to keep the shelves stocked and the doors open as needs continue to rise.
Our monthly deliveries have been one of the pantry's most consistent supports. Long-term partnership gives Tree of Life the stability to plan ahead, serve families regularly, and meet both immediate hunger and ongoing challenges in the region.
This work reflects the heart of Matthew 25:35: "I was hungry and you gave me something to eat." Through our shared efforts, families receive more than groceries. They receive dignity, encouragement, and a reminder that God sees their needs.
