Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to share with us:

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and message.
• Prayer requests: the name, email, and request details you provide.
• Newsletter subscriptions: your email address.
• Chatbot conversations: the questions you type into our on-site assistant.
• Basic technical data: standard log information (such as browser type and pages visited) that your device sends automatically.

Donations are processed by our third-party donation platform. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your messages, prayer requests, or volunteer inquiries.
• To send newsletters and ministry updates to subscribers.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to our nonprofit.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Service Providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the site and communicate with you. These include our hosting and backend platform, our email delivery provider (Resend), and a third-party donation processor. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their services and are expected to protect it.

Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS Messaging

Mobile phone numbers that you share with Servants of Our Lord Ministry — whether through a form, a text opt-in, or direct contact — are used solely to communicate with you about the ministry. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This no-sharing commitment applies to all mobile information, including opt-in status.

Message frequency: If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies but is generally no more than a few messages per month (for example, distribution reminders, volunteer updates, or replies to inquiries you initiate).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any texts you send or receive. Servants of Our Lord Ministry is not responsible for those charges.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You may also contact us at info@servantsofourlord.com or (859) 363-6421 to be removed.

Cookies and Analytics

Our site uses a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries required for features such as authentication and preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage.
